Where are you located?
I’m located in Huntsville, AL. You can visit my studio inside Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment, a repurposed mill that holds over 200 working artists and businesses, 150+ studios, and 7 galleries making it the largest privately owned arts center in the United States.
Is it just you?
Yep, I am the only employee so far. I create the art, make the prints, ship, market, etc.
How long have you been in business?
I quit my regular day job as a Creative Director in 2002. Initially I focused on providing affordable graphic design to small business, but I started to shift my business focus to art and illustration around 2013.
SHOP POLICIES
When will my order ship?
Depending on what you order, it could be within a couple or days, or it may take a couple of weeks. You can always email me and ask specifics before you order something. In general original art, matted prints and card sets can usually ship in a couple of days. Prints mounted on wood take longer to make.
If your order includes a preorder item, your full order will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship. I can split orders on request.
How will my order ship?
I ship with USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, and UPS. I insure all shipped orders. You order will normally be shipped in 3 – 7 business days. If you need something shipped faster, please contact me. I am happy to try and accommodate you.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders $60+ ship free. Orders under $60 are calculated on a table-based rate.
My order arrived, but it is incorrect. Now what?
Please email me a photo of what you received. I will ship you the correct item. Please remember, it is just me, and I do make mistakes.
WORKING WITH ME
Do you do custom art or illustrations?
Yes to both. Most of the custom art I have created for people is pet portraits. You can learn all about the process here on my website. I also can create custom illustrations for design projects, wholesale orders, and licensing. Just contact me for to discuss you project.
I would like to carry your products in my shop. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! I offer wholesale through my website and a limited number of products on faire.com. There’s more information about wholesale here.
Do you still offer graphic design and website development services?
I do on a limited basis. If you have a print or website need for your small business, please contact me to discuss your project and my availability.
