“Santa Cat” is an original mixed media piece by Carrie Alderfer. This piece is part of the 2023 Chairished Cats Calendar and was made for the month of December. When I found this photo of a cat with markings that made him look like he had a white beard, I knew I needed a Santa Cat. And no Santa is complete without a helpful elf checking the Naughty/Nice list. Though with that broken ornament on the floor, Santa Cat might be on the naughty list.
